Hello!

After updating I can see in *cvs* buffer:

               Unknown lisp/nxml/char-name/subdirs.el
               Unknown lispintro/Makefile
               Unknown lispref/Makefile
               Unknown man/Makefile

Before updating I 'made clean' so I assumed all "temporary" files
would be removed and cvs would not have any reason to complain.

You need at least distclean. But files created by mistake are not
normally cleaned up. You can't expect that any clean target will always
work when working on a CVS tree.

Andreas.
