[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]
[[[ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, ]]]
[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]
Since using advising within Emacs makes maintenance harder, It would
be good to systematically eliminate all uses of `advice-add' in Emacs
core, and create new hook variables as needed to handle the jobs.
