It needsto link to the non-warranty statement and the copying conditions. We want everyone to see that they are there. It must not link to Stack Exchange, because we know it will give advice to use nonfree software. Also, Stack Exchange pages contain nonfree Javascript. I don't know what they use it for -- I was able to browse questions and answers with LibreJS -- but they must use it for something.
