(That is why we call it "iBad" -- bad for your freedom.) The FSF will not permit nonfree binaries of GNU Emacs. So unless you can find a way to install it using a jailbreak, people won't be able to use it. (Is jailbreaking possible, nowadays?) Apple mobile devices are enemies of people's freedom. Making them disappear is part of the goal that the GNU Project is working for.
