Please locate a file DejaVuSansMono-Bold.ttf (by "locate"
command or "fc-list 'dejavu sans mono:bold' file") and run
otfdump (which should be installed if you installed libotf
from source) on that file as this:

% otfdump FILENAME > temp

and send me the file "temp".
