    But in configure.in, the default is to have dbus disabled:

    EMACS_ARG_Y([dbus],[use D-Bus])

    Could someone change that to EMACS_ARG_N?

Would someone please add comments explaining the meaning of
EMACS_ARG_Y and EMACS_ARG_N?  I cannot understand their definitions,
and I am not sure what they do.

Perhaps their names should be changed; it would be good to use
names whose meanings are self-evident.
