Just spotted a bug.

Problem:

  PC-lisp-complete-symbol fails in `eval-expression'.

Reproduce:
   1.  emacs -Q
   2.  M-x partial-completion-mode
   3.  M-: and then type in minibuffer `(emacs)'
   4.  Move the cursor to be on ")" and hit "M-TAB"
