    You need to load cl anyway when byte compiling a call to defstruct, and
    then cl-macs (which defines byte-compile-compiler-macro) is autoloaded.

It could be a problem that compiling a call to these macros loads CL.
I am not sure; it is on the borderline.

Does interpreting a call to these defstruct accessor macros also load CL?
That would definitely be a problem.
