Hello,
While compiling CVS Emacs on W32 using GCC, I get the following error.
term.c: In function `produce_glyphs':
term.c:1756: error: `unibyte_display_via_language_environment'
undeclared (first use in this function)

I've just installed a different fix. That is to extern
unibyte_display_via_language_environment in dispextern.h,
and delete extern from xterm.h, w32term.h, and macterm.h.
