* compilation error on w32 (GCC)

Hello,
 While compiling CVS Emacs on W32 using GCC, I get the following error.

term.c: In function `produce_glyphs':
term.c:1756: error: `unibyte_display_via_language_environment'
undeclared (first use in this function)
term.c:1756: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
term.c:1756: error: for each function it appears in.)
make[2]: *** [oo-spd/i386/term.o] Error 1

 This fixed the issue for me.

I've just installed a different fix.  That is to extern
unibyte_display_via_language_environment in dispextern.h,
and delete extern from xterm.h, w32term.h, and macterm.h.
