It should be "Luis Fernandes". Surely you don't expect me to remember the name of the person who made the icon! The reliable way to identify this image is "the image displayed in the Emacs fancy start-up screen". (If I understand you correctly, that is.) Rob Davenport has made icons from the logo. It is not very easy to make good logos since they are so small. Icons are used to give users something to click on. How do you propose to use these icons? Where will they be displayed? What will they do, when the user clicks on them?
