I have tested it on GNU/Linux, but the change in w32term.c is untested. I hope someone will test it on Windows. Please install the non-Windows part of the patch. Those who support Emacs on Windows can decide what to do with the other part. (Someone who's interested in Mac's might want to patch the mac files for this.)
