Someone reported a while ago that python.el can lose loading the
emacs.py support (on Windows?) when rlcompleter isn't available. The
fix I suggested hasn't been made. Can someone Python-savvy deal with
it, please?
There may not be anyone here who uses Python except you.
Could you please send a patch? I will install it.
