    Kyle Jones is not on the CVS list of members, but he did write
    `life.el', which is a part of the current distribution.  It should be
    possible to gain legal permission from him to use his work, if we do
    not have it already.

He refused to sign papers for VM; I doubt he would do so for anything
else.
