To restate that in a less glib manner, to the best of my knowledge, my tiling changes have never been reviewed by anybody, and such discussion as has occurred has mostly been off on various tangents, not about the core functionality. I think we had a discussion about this right when you wrote it. They were conceptual-level issues, not little bugs. But my memory is vague. I don't remember what the tiling patch does, I only have an associated memory that there was some problem which wasn't obvious how to fix. It is possible I'm confusing this with some other patch. Can you tell me the range of dates where I could find the first discussion of the tiling patch?
