My bet is that if they're ordinary users, they'll be peeved at being tricked into reading the GPL to decide which button to push, and discovering that it doesn't tell them! when they were planning on ignoring any legal restrictions on use and redistribution in any case. A message in that tone is not a constructive contribution to deciding what we should do.
