Just type [ins] and add a new binding. That is not really handling all global bindings. To handle all global bindings properly, the custom facility for bindings needs to know about all the existing bindings, not just a few. I don't think this mechanism would be very convenient if it had a list of hundreds of bindings in no particular order.
