"=E0=A6=95PB" is actually a good idea! "=E0= =A6=95" is the first letter of consonant section of Bangla alphabet. I= t would be cool!

How about using some characteristic Bengali character + "PB"?
For instance, "=E0=A6=95PB".

Perhaps that is a good idea for the other non-latin input methods.
