Data point: I couldn’t make clangd work the first time I tried it, and
I thought ccls worked ~good~ well. Then I did another attempt at
clangd and it worked even better. (As in, ccls takes some noticeable
time to start up to a usable state, but clangd starts working
instantly. Both take a lot of memory/swap space though.)
