Should be OK now. Btw, is there something similar to magit for bzr, since the default VC commands don't seem to be optimized for distributed VCs (or I'm missing something).

This commit only installed the commit message in ChangeLog, but didn't
add any helper.el file.  Did you forget the "bzr add" by any chance?
