Subject: Built-in package resolution broken?
Date: Sat, 15 Jun 2013 21:03:54 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <CALf2awTrfR7DRmHRH7XZEv3mu4y5JBLNQ9sUW1SVa49WSc1hSA@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Hello,
in latest trunk, installing a package that depends on "eieio" 1.3
fails with an error stating that "Package `eieio-1.3' is unavailable".
However, "eieio" is available in version 1.4. Isn't package.el
supposed to accept higher versions?
Sincerely,
Sebastian Wiesner
