I'm sorry. Just posted bug#68083. My reason at the time was I didn't
have a working Emacs build to post from and I wasn't sure until I
found the commit that it was an introduced problem and not an
environmental thing just yet (i.e., didn't know if it was a
development issue or an actual bug). That's clear now, so bug it is.
