Hello!
I was asked to sign <https://github.com/rougier/nano-theme/issues/36> the
copyright for GNU Emacs before contributing to the nano-theme package,
which is stored in GNU ELPA.
Happy to do so! I am a US citizen currently residing in Canada, let me know
the best way to go about this!
