Speaking as a person who has spent some time triaging and closing bugs, may I suggest you file separate bugs for the different issues? It seems to me that (1) [blurry scaling] and (5) [scaling together with text] are separate issues, while (2), (3) and (4) [foreground/background inheritance] are more related and maybe best handled together.
