How long it would take depends principally on how willing the other contributors are to cooperate, I guess. I also assume we would need the cooperation of whoever is the maintainer of that project. Maybe they are willing to do most of the work, but otherwise someone on our end would also need to take charge of following up with all the copyright holders, etc.
