I would either record a keyboard macro, as others here suggested, or define
a simple command like this:

(defun find-files-region ()
  (interactive)
  (dolist (file (split-string
                 (buffer-substring
                  (region-beginning)
                  (region-end))
                 "\n" t ))
    (find-file file)))
