Stupid trackpad... Sent by accident.

I think the elpa.git would be built. Unless we're planning of bundling
the entire GNU Elpa into Emacs, it would only be better to copy those
few desired packages into emacs.git somewhere, and then these packages
would be compiled as part of building emacs.
