I remembered that the admin/ directory was not in the release tarball, but I just found that I was wrong (it _is_ in my Emacs 24.5 tarball). And yes, I'll push my not-new-feature commits to the "emacs-25" branch before the 25.1 release. What should I do now? Cherry-pick my commits and add =E2=80=9CBackport:=E2= =80=9D to the commit log?
