I don't remember Kyle ever having touched it.  Tim Peters was the  
original author of python-mode.el.  Other than that, I know Ken, Skip,  
and myself have hacked on it.  Grep'ing on the Subversion history, it  
looks like Ed Loper also checked stuff in.  I'm sure there's history  
that predates the svn logs, but I can't think of who else touched the  
file.
