Especially the second one (since COPYING includes the mention of No Warranty). The space at the splash screen is at a premium; whatever additional things we show there will mean we won't be able to put another item on that page. Or mention a key binding, etc. And going by some recent discussion, Nicolas's design might already be over the height limit.
