What is the max lines of code I can accept from someone without a FSF assignment?
This is for a package I intend to add to GNU ELPA.
I've heard that "minor" contributions are okay without an assignment.

Our rule of thumb is 15 lines, where you can exclude empty lines and trivial reshuffling of the original code.
