The general tar, dated Oct 01, is available by HTTP here: http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/pretest/ And that directory has a link for `windows/', which used to be used for Windows pretest binaries. But everything there dates from 2010. I think we should be finished with the April 2010 pretest by now. ;-)
