Hi Emacs,
when looking for a fix of 29323@debbugs.gnu.org -- implementing a check
for duplicates, not just for a repeat -- saved text-properties make the
compare more difficult.
Given that such properties are quite local, what are the reasons being
saved in kill-ring?

I can''t handle your black background. Please don't use it.
Being able to copy and paste text with properties is an
important feature. Why should users not be able to do that?
