At least not a that excessive one. Usage is now at about 70M which is
pretty normal for my emacs usage.
But: - Italics isn't working anymore
- The Gnus *summary* buffer flickers …
- … as does looking at some parts of the UTF-8-demo.txt[1] (seems
to correlate with the display of line drawing characters) …
- … which is also incredible slooooow (scrolling and cursor
movements on the timescale of several seconds on my 1.8GHz AMD
box)
- Combining characters is broken (at least the example in above
demo file).
