(Well, along with it not working. =F0=9F=98=80) If you say (propertize "=F0=9F=98=80foo" '(space :relative-width 1)) then i= t's supposed to make a space that's two normal characters wide? (Since =F0=9F= =98=80 has a char-width of 2.) Hm...
