When checking in bugfixes with (bug#foo) in the ChangeLog, add-log no
longer inserts the Fixes: header. Is that obsolete, or is this a bug,
or is this something else?

Ok. :)
Yes, it works as intended. There was a discussion a little while back,
and IIRC people agreed that converting (bug#foo) to Fixes: in the log
message, and then back to (bug#foo) when generating ChangeLog doesn't
buy us anything.

27? Pfft, that's nothing. Nobody discusses the quoting style anymore
like we did in the olden days.
