I see the same "Unimplemented" error on GNU Emacs 24.3.50.5
(x86_64-suse-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.4.4) of 2013-07-03 -- but only
with my initializations.  With -Q it's as Jambunathan reported.  I
haven't yet tried bisecting my init file.
