The "cat is out of the bag" for a host of proprietary solutions (including zero-cost ones) too, so that is a red herring. The default installations and offerings are something which people assume to be "politically correct" by default. That's what they will feel fine using, contributing to, and recommending to others without the expectation of requiring second thoughts even if they are fully in support of the GNU project and the FSF's goals. -- David Kastrup
