Emacs ought to > adapt to that reality. Huh? Emacs has no problems working with non-ASCII characters. But its comment language is English and its "message catalog" is English, period. Changing the former does not make sense, and changing the latter is not under discussion and would not change the untranslated texts anyway. -- David Kastrup
