Ok, I've applied it now on our repo and merged it into elpa, so
hopefully 11.89.4 will appear anytime soon.  Thanks!

Could the ELPA scripts send a mail to the address in <package>.el
instead of (or in addition to) emacs-devel?  Not everyone who has a
package on ELPA follows emacs-devel too closely.
