Hi, hackers
Is there anybody here maintaining 'app-editors/emacs-vcs' ebuild in
Portage? An attempt to emerge it ends up with output shown below:

Not as far as I know. Gentoo is treated like Debian, Fedora, etc.: it's
the distribution maintainers' responsibility to make sure that their
build scripts work,
