I removed old rmail* files, except rmail-spam-filter.el. I renamed (i.e. deleted+added) pmail* files to rmail*. I tested quickly, it looks okay. Please test further. I didn't move lisp/mail/Changelog.pmail yet. Shall I merge this changelog with lisp/ChangeLog?
