It's a typo. The vernacular "'most" is spelled with an apostrophe.
Alternatively, "in most known written languages", but "almost any" is
a much stronger statement.

Whatever. All I know is that googling for "most any" yields
1,330,000,000 hits here. So maybe it's not 100% correct, but it is
widely used jargon.
