Subject: #116850: Emacs 21 can't read from named pipes
Date: 07 Feb 2002 13:07:38 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87n0ylqyut.fsf@home.delysid.org> (raw)

Hello...

After upgrading my emacs20 install at work to 21 via the debian package,
I notices that I no longer could send mails in Gnus. After some digging,
I found out why, and found that bugreport too:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=116850&repeatmerged=yes

Has this fifo behaviour already been fixed in HEAD or 21.2.80?

If not, what would be the proper fix?
