Does Emacs use -lm17n-flt? no
Does Emacs use -lotf? no
But the generated src/config.h contains the lines:
#define HAVE_LIBOTF 1
#define HAVE_M17N_FLT 1
Thanks for the bug report. I have installed a fix.
