Subject: [PATCH] gdb-mi.el (gdb-display-io-nopopup): New defcustom

* lisp/progmodes/gdb-mi.el (gdb-inferior-filter): When
  `gdb-display-io-nopopup' is t, and the output buffer is already
  buried, don't pop it up.
