Lars refers to a C.I. build, which always does a full build, starting with `git clone' (or `git clean -fdx && git pull'), then `autogen.sh', `configure' and `make bootstrap'. What takes 4.5 minutes in my machine starts with `autogen.sh'. The C.I. system would also run the test suite.
