I don't remember, it was a long time ago.
The configuration I sent is something I figured out at that time
and it still works reliably without any changes.

It would be nice if it was possible for me to drop privoxy
and specify per host/ip proxying rules in emacs directly,
but privoxy works well so this has low priority i guess.
