With the trunk i get the below trace with next-error command

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument arrayp nil)
  compilation-next-error(1 nil 1)
  compilation-next-error-function(1 nil)
  next-error(nil)
  call-interactively(next-error nil nil)
