I guess so, but I barley have the time to work on package-vc these days (and there is still work to be done on that front), so playing around with other package managers that all have to be configured, and have different priorities to what I am doing is not something I am interested in doing right now. That being said, if you have any concrete suggestions on what package-vc ought to do, coming from Borg, I'd be happy to hear them.
