`ash' and `lsh' show some overlap.

Subject: [PATCH] ash, lsh avoid code duplication

* src/data.c (ash_lsh_impl): New function.
(ash, lsh): Use it.
* src/lisp.h (ash_lsh_impl): Declare it.
